The hotel counts on several restaurant halls and terraces highly appreciated by our guests. Come to our buffet for breakfast, while lunch and dinner are served at the tables.

We carefully select the products used in our kitchen; many of them come from our own organic farm Tenuta degli Eremi, or from other local farms.

Our cuisine is inspired by the Mediterranean Diet, which has its origin in nearby Pollica. Therefore our menu is rich of omega 3, antioxidants and vitamins.

The most important element of our cuisine is the organic extravergine olive oil produced on our farm. We are happy to dedicate particular attention to special diet needs and the desires of our smallest guests.
